EVS Cooling Vest

EVS calls this one their CTR (Core Temperature Regulator) Vest, and it's designed to help prevent dehydration, reduce heat exhaustion, and improve performance by using thin, strategically placed layers of Super Absorbent Polymer to retain water and slowly disperse it to keep you cooler, longer. Sounds good for those upcoming hot spring and summer races.
